SAC makes it easy to buy parts safe & secure from reliable sellers with our Verified Parts Purchase program. Here's a breakdown of our fees and program details.
- Buyers pay 10% fee on parts and 6% on Golf Carts on top of final purchase price.
- Seller is required to provide tracking # and copy of receipt once part is shipped to buyer.
- Once buyer has received and inspected items, they have 2 days to notify us that parts have arrived and in working condition.
- Once payment is received, we will notify the seller to ship the parts out.
- Payment will be released to the seller on the 3rd day after parts have been delivered regardless if the buyer doesn't notfies us.
- Sellers payment may potential be held for a longer period if buyers report issues with items received.
Payment and Refunds
- Buyers will be refunded to their PayPal account.
- Buyers are required to notify us within 2 days of items being received of any issues, failure to notify us will results in payment being released to seller.
- If we are not able to refund the original payment method used, we may use a different option to issue refund.
Fraudulent Behavior
- Buyers and Sellers will not be covered under the Verified Part Purchase guaranteed if they make fraudulent claims or engage in activity as deemed fraudulently by SAC.
- Filling a chargeback after receiving refund.
- Returning a different item than initially received or damaging an item and then returning it.
- Claiming an item not received even though there is proof of parts being delivered to address provided.
- Falsely claiming or describing parts to deceive the buyer or seller.
